Data Center Technician – Trainee Program Location: Sydney, Australia

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our Infrastructure Operations team through our Trainee Program.

This structured 12 week onboarding and development program is designed to accelerate the growth of early-career technicians by combining hands-on operational experience, technical training, mentorship, and career development.

The trainee program involves 2 weeks of classroom-based training plus 10 weeks of on-the-job training at our data centres.

This is a paid 12 week trainee program and successful candidates will be considered for full time permanent opportunities at the conclusion of the program.

• Minimum Education: Completion of High School (HSC)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be an Australian citizen for security clearance purposes

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and technology concepts.
• Basic understanding of mathematical and computational concepts.
• Interest in technology and a desire to build a career in data center operations.
