Minimum qualifications
- Experience with Linux administration.
- Experience with network infrastructure.
- Experience with hardware and operating systems.
- Experience in technical support operations, network diagnostics, and project management.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware, and server hardware.
- Experience with networking protocols, Linux, teamwork, and operations.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules.

Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or teams, including machine learning platforms and network architecture.
- Report issues and troubleshoot and diagnose moderately complex equipment or infrastructure issues according to data center procedures.
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, and infrastructure.
- Execute advanced operational procedures and follow security policies and processes.
- Work shifts as required by business needs and operational schedules.
Work environment
- The role involves physical data center infrastructure and manual movement and installation of racks and servers.
- Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
