• For experienced HVAC controls and building automation technicians, this role is about passing down the knowledge that keeps buildings running efficiently. You’ll work directly with students and systems—turning real-world experience into real capability.
• What You’ll Do:
• Teach hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of HVAC controls and building automation systems (BAS)
• Demonstrate real-world diagnostics, safe work practices, and industry standards
• Guide students through a structured, hands-on training model that moves from system setup and BAS fundamentals to equipment application and real-world troubleshooting
• Train students on systems including: DDC controls and BAS platforms Sensors, actuators, and control wiring HVAC system integration (air handlers, chillers, VFDs, VAVs) Basic networking and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus)

• What We’re Looking For:
• Professional experience with HVAC controls / building automation systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls integration
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and schematic interpretation
