Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and networking equipment (racking/stacking, cabling, hardware swaps)
- Monitor data center environment (power, cooling, physical security) and escalate anomalies
- Conduct routine hardware diagnostics, break fix support, and part replacements (disks, RAM, PSUs, NICs)
- Support remote hands requests from global NOC/engineering teams
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation of all equipment changes
- Follow strict change management, safety, and security procedures within the facility
- Respond to and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, RMA, and on site repairs
Requirements
- Hands on experience with data center operations
- Knowledge of server, storage, and networking equipment installation and maintenance
- Ability to perform hardware diagnostics and part replacements
- Familiarity with data center environment monitoring (power, cooling, physical security)
- Ability to follow strict change management, safety, and security procedures
- Ability to respond to and resolve incidents within defined SLAs

Job Overview
- We are looking for a hands on Data Center Engineer to support and maintain critical IT infrastructure at our facility.
- You'll be responsible for the day to day operational health of servers, network hardware, and physical data center systems, ensuring maximum uptime and rapid resolution of incidents.
