Data Center Operations Manager, Third Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-shift leadership, performance management, and escalations support during regular business hours (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, third (3rd) Shift).
• Work together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for our global computing and network architecture.
• Hire, coach and develop a team while achieving strategic business goals.
• Ensure data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives. Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Support and contribute to the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and other compliance programs and initiatives in collaboration with other teams to ensure environmental and safety incidents are investigated, resolved, and reported.
