Meet the Team Core to the health and growth of our business, Millennium’s active, multi-manager model depends on flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. The Data Center Management team supports that foundation through the global management of data center infrastructure, vendor relationships, and operational spend across on-premise and colocation facilities worldwide, helping maintain accurate systems, strong operational controls, and reliable infrastructure support across regions.

• Raise and manage purchase orders for business-as-usual and project-related data center spend, including hardware, software, colocation, power, and third-party services
• Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and external vendors to ensure purchase orders are accurate, approved on time, and aligned with budget requirements
• Track purchase orders from creation through goods receipt and invoice matching, proactively resolving discrepancies and maintaining a clear audit trail
• Support budget oversight by providing timely spend reporting and visibility into the purchase order pipeline for Data Center Management leadership
• Perform goods receipt activities in Oracle for data center deliveries and services, ensuring timely and accurate receipting to avoid invoice holds
• Work closely with Accounts Payable and vendors to resolve invoice mismatches, payment queries, and quantity discrepancies, while maintaining accurate Oracle records for contracts and standing orders
