Data Center Customer Operations Technician (Entry level)

Job Summary

Workplace and Schedule

• On-site position based in Dubai.
• The role is full time.

Queue Management and Reporting

• Review work order requests and respond to routine work orders within commitment times.
• Escalate and expedite higher-level orders under supervision.
• Follow up on queue work and maintain activity records in the ticketing system.

Installations and Testing

• Rack and stack basic customer equipment with guidance from senior team members.
• Support routine intra-cage and infrastructure installations, including ladder racks, fiber raceways, patch panels, cabinets, and post racks.
• Support basic cross-connect troubleshooting, routine customer asset testing, and Layer 1 certification testing under supervision.

Customer and Team Support

• Support operations and security personnel when needed.
• Provide customer access and escorting support when required.
• Deliver quality customer service and communicate deployment time expectations according to standard procedures.

Projects and Training

• Support project fulfillment under close supervision.
• Complete assigned training in a timely manner.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires a high school diploma and one year of equivalent work experience.
