- Lead, train and empower global data annotators, providing daily guidance and Q&A support
- Monitor feedback and acceptance outcomes, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Design and implement a robust quality control framework overseeing the entire annotation lifecycle
- Anticipate operational risks and recommend process enhancements and efficiency strategies
- Own project timelines and quality benchmarks by planning workloads and coordinating resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 2.5 years experience in data annotation
- Able to quickly understand project requirements and adapt to operational workflows
- English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred
- Familiar with fundamental data analysis techniques
- Proficient in using data analysis tools

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, Train & Empower Global Teams: Drive training and development of overseas data annotators, serve as go to expert for daily guidance and Q&A support, document recurring challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Turn Feedback into Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor feedback and acceptance outcomes, translate insights into actionable improvements by refining annotation methodologies and guidelines.
- Champion Quality Excellence: Design and implement a robust quality control framework, establish evaluation metrics, conduct audits, and safeguard project integrity.
- Optimize Processes & Drive Efficiency: Anticipate operational risks and team management challenges, recommend process enhancements and efficiency strategies.
- Deliver with Precision & Accountability: Own project timelines and quality benchmarks, plan workloads, coordinate resources, ensure high quality data delivered on schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2.5 years experience in data annotation required.
- Able to quickly understand project requirements and adapt to operational workflows.
- English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred.
- Familiar with fundamental data analysis techniques including descriptive statistics, data cleaning, and preprocessing.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools to perform basic analysis on annotated datasets.
- Able to provide data driven insights and recommendations.
Pay
- AED 6,000 AED 7,000 per month
