Location and Working Pattern
- The role is based in Kidlington and supports hybrid working from a home address.
- The position is part time at 18.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance programme reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Analyze and present complex data for a range of audiences.
- Produce reports and dashboards for programme governance.
- Monitor programme performance, risks, issues, and benefits.
- Gather stakeholder reporting requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Produce reports, presentations, and visualizations for decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
- Improve reporting processes and data management practices.
About You
- Understand programme and project management principles, methodologies, techniques, tools, risks, impacts, and benefits.
- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong Power BI experience.
- Have experience defining business reporting requirements and developing reporting solutions.
- Have hands-on experience creating business intelligence and reporting solutions.
- Can transform complex or mixed datasets into meaningful, user-friendly information.
- Have strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, organization, and prioritization skills.
Salary
- The salary is approximately £47,688 per annum, pro rata, plus benefits.
