About the Role
ScaleForce is recruiting a Data and Integration Architect for a contract, on-site role in Dubai with a global investment company. You will define scalable integration patterns, API strategies, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data flows.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain target state architectures for enterprise integration, APIs, messaging, event streaming, and data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments
- Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and governance processes to ensure secure, scalable, and reusable integrations
- Drive API led connectivity, event driven architecture, and real time integration capabilities
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design enterprise data flows, master data integration approaches, and data sharing frameworks
- Participate in architecture review boards, evaluate integration technologies and vendors, oversee solution design reviews
- Ensure architecture documentation is maintained within LeanIX and related architecture repositories
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Data and Integration Architect role
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Integration Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect within complex enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration technologies: APIs, middleware, ESB/iPaaS platforms, event driven architectures, messaging systems, and microservices
- Strong knowledge of data architecture concepts: data modelling, master data management, metadata management, data governance, data quality, and modern cloud data platforms
- Hands on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or similar
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, hospitality systems, loyalty platforms, or digital commerce solutions
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning data pipelines, retrieval architectures, and agentic AI integration patterns
- TOGAF certification preferred
- Cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent
