Day-to-day responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.
- Perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Support data modeling activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Maintain data documentation and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn data-management best practices.
Qualifications
- Apply data analytics and data analysis techniques to business and healthcare problems.
- Use analytical skills to interpret datasets, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Have foundational data-management experience or coursework covering cleaning, organization, and validation.
- Have a basic understanding of data modeling and willingness to support model development.
- Have strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently remotely.
- Communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Currently pursue or recently completed a degree or certification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
