The Data Analytics Traineeship is a remote program for individuals seeking practical experience in data-driven decision-making within healthcare technology.
The trainee will gain hands-on experience while developing analytical and technical skills throughout the traineeship.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Support data modeling activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Maintain data documentation and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn data management best practices.
Qualifications
- Apply data analytics and data analysis techniques to business and healthcare problems.
- Have strong analytical skills for interpreting datasets and drawing logical conclusions.
- Have foundational data management experience or coursework, including cleaning, organizing, and validation.
- Understand basic data modeling concepts and be willing to support model development.
- Be familiar with spreadsheets and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Have attention to detail, problem-solving ability, independent working ability, and effective communication skills.
- Currently pursue or recently complete a degree or certification in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
