The Data Analytics Traineeship is a remote program for individuals seeking practical experience in data-driven decision-making within healthcare technology.
The trainee will work with data, reporting, documentation, and analytical activities under the guidance of senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.
- Perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Support data modeling activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Maintain data documentation and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn data management best practices.
- Continuously develop analytical and technical skills during the traineeship.
Qualifications
- Apply data analytics and data analysis techniques to business and healthcare problems.
- Use analytical skills to interpret datasets, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Have foundational data management experience or coursework involving cleaning, organization, and validation.
- Understand basic data modeling concepts and be willing to support model development.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and Excel, SQL, Python, or R is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and independence in a remote setting.
- Communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Currently pursue or recently completed a relevant degree or certification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
