Role overview
Support data analytics, business intelligence, digitalization, and process automation within the Technical department.
Develop reliable dashboards and automated reports, improve data quality, and translate operational data into decision-making insights.
Support analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reports and automated dashboards using Maintenance Information System, OPS BI, EDP, and other operational data platforms.
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to secure data access, understand data definitions, and ensure data sets are accurate and fit for purpose.
- Monitor data flows, validate data connections, and resolve data quality issues by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to digitize manual workflows and automate recurring technical processes.
- Lead digital and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, handover, and continuous improvement.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource needs, success measures, and delivery plans with Technical, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies that improve efficiency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
