Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
• Manage and mentor data analysts, BI professionals, and analytics team members.
• Develop data strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance insights.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management analytics.
• Partner with business leaders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and effective data governance.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, finance, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Establish analytics standards, processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate analytics tools, technologies, and reporting platforms.
• Manage analytics projects, priorities, resources, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant data analytics, business intelligence, or data-management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and visualization techniques is required.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platform experience is advantageous.
• Python, R, or other analytical tool knowledge is a plus.
• Strong KPI, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis knowledge is required.
• Leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and project-management capabilities are required.
