The Data Analytics Lead/Reporting SME is responsible for leading reporting and analytics operations, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

This role ensures accurate tracking of performance metrics, including inventory accuracy and SLA compliance, while supporting system-of-record data integrity and operational performance across enterprise asset management systems.

• Develop and maintain: Asset attestation dashboards (ServiceNow-based) Analyze and report on ServiceNow workflow and ticket performance, including SLA compliance, timeliness, and process efficiency Property Custodian reports (quarterly/semiannual)
