Overview
We are looking for a Data Analytics Lead to innovate and continuously improve Sales & Service productivity and effectiveness. This high-visibility, high-impact role involves identifying gaps, prioritizing key areas, and designing improvements to drive client retention and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and prioritize key areas for improvement
- Design improvements to drive client retention and efficiency
- Work with senior stakeholders to define problem statements
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional global projects
- Design and execute pilots with smaller groups
- Gather relevant inputs through interviews or focus group discussions
- Synthesize learnings and design scale-up solutions
- Support strategic decision-making through data analytics
- Drive problem-solving and ensure stakeholder involvement
- Identify key stakeholders and build TBVA with them
- Drive transparency and clear communication across projects
- Ensure successful roll-out of projects by working with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 5+ years of professional experience in related roles
- Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills
