Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Build Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring KPI reporting packs.
• Translate stakeholder KPI needs into effective visuals, filters, and drill paths.
• Use SAC and Fiori for root-cause analysis and operational deep dives.
• Cross-check transactional reporting against aggregated dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy and coordinate resolution of reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain KPI definitions, sources, calculation logic, intended use, and ownership documentation.
• Improve dashboard link hygiene and user guidance.
• Identify risks and opportunities through variance, exception, and trend analysis.
• Track baselines, drivers, recommended actions, and sustained KPI impact.

Required Experience and Skills

• Have 2–3 years of analytics, reporting, KPI performance management, and cross-functional problem-solving experience.
• Have experience with operational or service metrics, inventory metrics, and recurring performance reporting packs.
• Have hands-on Power BI dashboard and reporting experience.
• Have working knowledge of SAP SAC and Fiori or the ability to learn quickly.
• Be able to identify drivers, explain variance, translate analysis into actions, and document metric definitions.
• Have 2+ years of data or business analytics experience and experience validating AI-assisted insights.
• Have exposure to BI or workspace tools with embedded or generative AI features.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with report governance and catalog practices.
• Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Exposure to Vista reporting change concepts and Fiori or SAC reporting evolution.
