Role overview
Lead complex analytics engagements across sectors with emphasis on compliance, assurance, and risk-related analytics.
Manage end-to-end delivery while contributing to the growth of RSM's Sydney Data Analytics & AI capability.
The role requires commercial awareness, client confidence, and willingness to contribute to sustainable practice growth.
Client delivery
- Deliver wage compliance, wage remediation, internal audit, continuous monitoring, fraud, governance, migration assurance, and financial and operational analytics.
- Manage engagements from proposal through delivery, including budgets, timelines, and team resources.
- Design analytics methodologies and testing approaches for large and complex datasets.
- Present practical, business-focused findings and recommendations to clients.
- Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants.
Practice contribution
- Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities to add analytics, automation, or assurance-focused analysis to engagements.
- Support proposals, tenders, client presentations, and integrated solutions with the Risk Advisory team.
