Data Analyst - UAE National, ICQA/LND Analytics Team

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
• Design SQL queries, compile data, and generate reports.
• Create charts and graphs for reporting purposes.
• Develop Amazon QuickSight dashboards for business decisions and deep-dive activities.
• Develop Python automation solutions for analysis.
• Prepare and publish weekly, quarterly, and project update reports.
• Support leadership in interpreting data trends.
• Research defect trends in depth.
• Collect and enter data as needed.
• Present analysis in clear standard reports.
• Support ICQA and Learning Team projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Clear and concise communication with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish.
• Experience with project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations.
• Ability to translate business and end-customer needs into appropriate solutions.
• Experience with AWS Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Firehose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training and deploying machine learning systems for large-scale optimization, or experience in development or technical support, is preferred.
