Traineeship Overview
The company is recruiting data analytics trainees for an upcoming traineeship program.
The program combines structured learning with practical project work and reporting.
Program Schedule
- Weeks one and two consist of completing assigned training modules.
- Week three consists of working on a company-assigned live project.
- Week four consists of preparing and submitting a project report.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants must be proficient with computers, especially MS Office.
- The role requires accountability, motivation, and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, project-management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills are required.
- Creativity, delegation ability, receptiveness to feedback, and adaptability are required.
Responsibilities
- Complete the assigned learning modules during weeks one and two.
- Work on a company-assigned live project during week three.
- Prepare and submit a project report during week four.
