Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, membership systems, sales, operations, marketing, finance, and HR)
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or similar BI tools
- Monitor and report on key KPIs such as membership sales, lead conversion, retention, revenue, attendance, and campaign performance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting sources
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision making
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to address reporting and analytics needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
