- Gather business data and reporting requirements from stakeholders in the Manufacturing domain
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for operational teams
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and modeling to support business forecasting and scenario planning
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance
- Collaborate with various departments to define KPIs and automate reporting tools
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced skills in Python or other general purpose programming language
- Microsoft Office advanced user
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau, and any costing software
- Experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Suppliers)
- Flexibility in work schedule (including evenings and weekends)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Gathering business data and reporting requirements from stakeholders in the Manufacturing domain.
- Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for all operational teams.
- Transforming, improving, and integrating data depending on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Report findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex analyses into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with departments to define KPIs and metrics to automate reporting tools.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and modeling to support business forecasting and scenario planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- Visualize performance data in LUCID standard live dashboards formats.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Connect to various systems and a data warehouse to deliver data in a useful and appealing way.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated project management abilities.
- Ability to deep dive data from both top down and bottom up approach.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate strategies effectively.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or Tier 1 Suppliers).
- Experience working in a dynamic/start up environment is a plus.
- Flexibility in work schedule (including evenings and weekends).
- Advanced skills in Python or other general purpose programming language, Microsoft Office advanced user.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau, and any costing software.
