Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Riyadh.
The analyst will collect, clean, and analyze clinic and operational data to support business decisions and improve customer experience.
The role will build reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and collaborate with management, operations, and marketing.
The analyst will also contribute to data governance, documentation, and improved data processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from clinics and operational systems.
- Generate actionable insights for business decisions and customer experience improvements.
- Build reports and dashboards and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify trends in clinical operations, marketing performance, and customer behavior.
- Translate data findings into recommendations and measurable improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Support data governance, documentation, and continuous enhancement of data processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and solid data analytics capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of statistics for data validation, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Experience in data modeling for reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is relevant.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI platforms and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Healthcare or clinic operations data experience and knowledge of service or customer-centric KPIs are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and data confidentiality and integrity are required.
