About the Role
Carter's is seeking a Data Analyst to support better and efficient decision making for the business. You will design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau, write SQL queries for advanced data analysis, and partner with business leaders in pricing, assortment, planning, and allocation.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain reporting and act as a Tableau expert to create complex dashboards, standardized reports and self service reporting solutions
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
- Write and maintain SQL queries for advanced data analysis and data manipulation when needed
- Provide ad hoc reporting to the Planning & Allocation team as needed
- Support teams with training on Tableau (or any other BI Tool adopted for reporting) and training material
- Develop a strong collaboration with the corporate BI team for any added support
- Partner with cross functional project leads and monitor project timeline at times in partnerships with different functions
- Support Retail senior leadership team with data, insights, and presentation materials on future capabilities and project status updates
Requirements
- 2 3 Years of Experience in a Data Analyst role
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Tableau
- Strong SQL skills for querying large data sets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics or related field or equivalent work experience
- Exposure to Retail Planning, KPIs and fundamentals

Data Analyst

- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Data Analyst to support better and efficient decision making for the business.
Planning Operations and Reporting (80%)
- Design, develop and maintain reporting and act as a Tableau expert to create complex dashboards, standardized reports and self service reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
