Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of billing, payment, and customer communication platforms.
- Proactively monitor data trends, identify integrity gaps, and flag risks or opportunities.
- Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track operational and financial performance.
- Deliver value added analysis that informs process changes and drives measurable improvements.
- Support the full billing lifecycle including reporting, auditing, and workflow optimization.
- Map current state processes and contribute to future state functional designs.
- Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and best practices.
- Support project delivery and change initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations support, or revenue focused analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; strong PowerPoint skills.
- SQL experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP or billing platforms (SAP S/4HANA or similar) is an asset.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, building models, and interpreting complex information.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and results driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Role: Data Analyst — Billing & Revenue Operations
- Supports billing integrity, revenue assurance, and operational analytics.
- Functions as key business partner to operations, finance, and technology stakeholders.
