As a mid or senior data analystwithin the Research & Development team in Agency Distribution, you’ll work with the data science team to support critical business initiatives.

You’ll ensure data scientists' models are refreshed promptly, enabling consistent delivery of actionable insights to hundreds of users across Agency Distribution.

These insights help the Sales and Product teams make informed decisions that drive agency performance.

As the subject matter expert on the models, you’ll address questions from partners and support internal teams use the variables and outputs effectively.

You’ll enhance the underlying data, ensure our insights remain relevant, reliable, and impactful, and build a robust reporting ecosystem.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
• This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.

Preferred skills

• Proven ability to manage recurring operational processes with high accuracy and reliability.
• A subject matter expert in a domain of data, including the understanding of how data science models work.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proven success maintaining the efficiency of a data ecosystem for a growing user base.

• $67,300 - $108,500/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24 to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
