DoorDash Labs is an independent team exploring robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics.

The team develops and commercializes autonomy and robotics products using advanced hardware and software technologies.

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will help bring autonomous robots and other high-tech automation products to market at scale.

The role owns analytics and insights across technical and product areas and partners with product management, engineering, operations, and leadership.

Core Responsibilities

Own analytics and insights across multiple technical and product areas to measure business and product performance.
Define strategies for commercial, operations, and autonomy insights to drive product improvements and answer critical business questions.
Create high-value visualizations and dashboards from synthesized data.
Translate complex business questions from engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders into measurable data solutions.
Structure data for ongoing reporting, dashboarding, and deeper analytics.
Support product development, operations, and commercialization across the team and technology stack.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
Three to six years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
Experience with Redshift, Oracle, Trino, Snowflake, or similar databases.
Expert SQL skills and experience with multiple data visualization or business intelligence tools.
Some experience with Python or a similar programming language for building ETL pipelines.
Ability to define meaningful metrics and KPIs and structure data for accessible reporting.
Proactive stakeholder engagement and a focus on understanding business challenges.
Experience with Sigma Computing is preferred.
