Role Purpose
Interpret data and convert it into reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations, and information that supports business decisions.
Manage the technical scope of data projects in line with requirements throughout delivery.
Data and Client Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret information from data warehouses, databases, data integration, and data modeling sources.
- Develop record management processes and policies.
- Build client relationships and understand internal and external data requirements.
- Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation.
- Set up and maintain automated data processes.
- Evaluate and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators.
Analysis and Reporting
- Liaise with clients to understand data content and requirements.
- Design and conduct surveys and analyze survey data.
- Analyze complex datasets and prepare reports for internal and external audiences.
- Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations showing business performance.
- Provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
