- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data
- Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data

- Minimum 3+ years experience in performance monitoring, analytics, or reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools

Job Description
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance across the bus network to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Performance Standards (CPS).
Your Role
- Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and CPS requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.

About You
