About the Role

- Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and CPS requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement
- Support preparation of periodic performance reports for client and stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data
- Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in performance monitoring, analytics, or reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience in transport, infrastructure, or O&M environments preferred
