Role overview
LuLu Group India is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive data-led decision-making across the retail business.
The role is based in Kochi, Kerala, and requires working from the office only.
The stated experience range is 2–5 years, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop CXO-level Power BI dashboards for the retail business.
- Build advanced DAX measures, time intelligence, calculation groups, and Power Query transformations.
- Design semantic models using star schemas, relationships, and Row-Level Security.
- Write and optimize SQL queries using joins, common table expressions, window functions, and Amazon Redshift.
- Manage Power BI Service workspaces, gateways, scheduled refreshes, and capacity considerations.
- Improve dashboard UX and visualization for clarity, consistency, and self-service use.
- Translate business requirements into dashboard specifications and data models.
- Mentor BI interns and junior data analysts.
- Apply retail analytics knowledge across sales, inventory, footfall, margin, and category performance.
Required skills and experience
- Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and Row-Level Security knowledge is required.
