FlairList Global is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for its Data & Business Analytics department.

The role establishes and maintains a structured, accurate, reliable, and accessible data system across the organization.

The internship combines detailed data maintenance with business intelligence, reporting, insights, projections, and decision support.

The stipend is ₹5,000–₹30,000 per month based on skills, relevant experience, and performance during selection.
The internship duration is one month.

Enter, organize, maintain, categorize, and retrieve company data across relevant departments.
Maintain master databases, centralized records, standardized fields, naming conventions, and version-controlled reports where applicable.
Collect and reconcile information from marketing, social media, sales, clients, consulting, exports, operations, finance, HR, and business development.
Establish data governance processes that reduce duplication and prevent departments from maintaining conflicting versions of information.

Review records for errors, duplicates, missing information, incorrect entries, inconsistent formats, outdated data, and anomalies.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, or other relevant analytics tools.
Prepare performance reports with tables, charts, graphs, dashboards, KPIs, comparisons, and trends.
Analyze trends, patterns, performance gaps, bottlenecks, channel performance, customer patterns, and revenue opportunities.

Create basic revenue, lead, sales, conversion, client acquisition, marketing, growth, pipeline, and operational projections as data permits.
Track KPIs across marketing, sales, client or consulting, business, and operations functions.
Answer ad-hoc business questions by identifying relevant data and presenting clear analytical conclusions.
Identify opportunities to automate data entry, recurring reports, dashboards, data collection, and other repetitive processes.

Candidates may be pursuing or have recently completed studies in BBA, MBA, B.Com, statistics, economics, data analytics, business analytics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
The role requires attention to detail, comfort with numbers and large datasets, logical and analytical thinking, spreadsheet knowledge, organization, communication, and pattern recognition.
Freshers and students with strong analytical ability are encouraged to apply.

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, data cleaning, charts, and dashboards are listed as required or strongly preferred skills.
Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, Python, Google Apps Script, data visualization, forecasting techniques, and CRM analytics are good-to-have skills.
Candidates do not need to know every listed tool; strong analytical thinking and spreadsheet skills are emphasized.

The internship provides exposure to business analytics, data management, governance, visualization, management reporting, KPI development, business intelligence, forecasting, and functional analytics.
High-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities based on performance, analytical ability, ownership, and contribution.
