- The compensation pay range is $35.04 to $43.00.
Position Summary
The Data Analyst supports data collection, extraction, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for the Integrated Treatment Centre Approach to Care.
Working within Business Intelligence, the role supports operational planning, implementation, performance measurement, quality improvement, and evaluation.
The analyst develops sustainable reporting and measurement solutions for patient access, care delivery, outcomes, operational performance, and system transformation.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify information needs, define reporting requirements, and clarify data elements with clinical, operational, project, research, digital health, and analytics partners.
- Write queries and programs for data processing, extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and ad hoc analytical products.
- Test reporting solutions and data outputs, validate data, identify quality issues, and support discrepancy resolution.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, outcome measures, and operational metrics related to access, care delivery, outcomes, and transformation.
