Role Overview
Own and enhance an in-house Sales Crediting Platform supporting Incentive Compensation operations.
Translate business requirements and sales crediting rules into scalable technical solutions.
Work across data engineering, analytics, platform operations, automation, and stakeholder management.
Platform Operations
- Own day-to-day platform operations and continuous enhancement.
- Monitor performance, investigate data and process issues, and resolve production problems.
- Establish data quality, validation, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Support recurring Incentive Compensation cycles through testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Automate manual processes to improve platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Data Engineering and Analytics
- Build and maintain pipelines that ingest, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Use SQL, Python, and Databricks with large and complex datasets.
- Perform data profiling, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs for operational KPIs.
- Collaborate on data architecture, pipelines, analytical tools, and platform capabilities.
