About the Role
Performance Auto Group is seeking a Data Analyst to drive strategy and decision-making by translating complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. You will leverage SQL, Python, and Google Suite to create dashboards and reports, identify performance trends, and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing evolution of measurement and analysis tools and processes
- Manage tracking codes and pixels, along with related technology, throughout marketing channels
- Mine data from multiple systems and provide comprehensive analysis and insights
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver actionable data in friendly, digestible formats, including dashboards and reports
- Assist with the development and execution of data driven marketing campaigns, working with vendors and other team members
- Actively participate in team meetings to drive improvements to campaign performance and overall website metrics
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Post secondary degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field required
- 3 5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field preferred
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and exposure to emerging tracking and data collection tools
- Experience with Google Data Studio or data visualization tools highly desirable
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
- Proficient with SQL and Python
- Expert command of spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and project management skills
- Proactive, organized, and results driven
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
- Compensation (expected annual salary): CAD 60,000 CAD 70,000 per year.
- The starting salary will be set within this range based on job related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
