As a Data Analyst in our Data Centre of Excellence, you’ll deliver insightful data analysis and develop datasets and dashboards that address priority business challenges and opportunities. You’ll design, build and test dashboards and reports that support and enable our transition from historical reporting to the adoption of forward-thinking analysis to improve business performance.
This includes performing the data analysis and modelling that supports the delivery of structured and conformed datasets across multiple data sources to deliver standardised, reusable and trusted datasets that address common business challenges and enable a consistent understanding of our business.
This role is key in enabling the business to make predictions based on robust data and clear assumptions. So, as well as designing, building and testing dashboards and reports that support the business to improve decision-making and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes, you’ll also work with business teams to support them in developing their own.
This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.

With strong data analysis skills, you’re used to working with people at all levels to build the data that meets their business needs. To join our team, you must have:
Experience of at least one of these areas: data engineering, modelling, analysis, or visualisation
Experience of creating reliable datasets and dashboards to meet business needs, with strong SQL and Power BI skills
Experience of data DevOps and agile delivery
The ability to work closely and build strong working relationships with people at all levels
Strong communication skills
