Data Analyst

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and update data across QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, Excel trackers, and multiple systems.
• Maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics.
• Audit data to resolve discrepancies and analyze trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs for team objectives.
• Support evidence-based decisions through timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate using iCIMS.
• Use Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, iCIMS, or equivalent systems and support workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven data entry, data management, and reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau is desirable.
• Knowledge of HRIS or learning management systems such as iCIMS or Cornerstone is desirable.
• Process automation or workflow optimization experience using VBA, Python, or SQL is desirable.
• Corporate Learning and Development, HR, or operations experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools is desirable.
