- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools
- Analyze business performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Validate, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources
- Generate insights and recommendations to support business decision making
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Management teams to understand reporting needs
- Monitor Cards, Loans, and Banking portfolio performance through data analysis
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data driven insights
Requirements
- Experience in preparing and maintaining MIS reports
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to analyze business performance and KPIs
- Experience in data validation and reconciliation
