Role Overview
Full-time Data Analyst & Digital Solutions role focused on transforming data into actionable insights and developing digital solutions.
The role works with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational departments to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business, operational, financial, customer, and digital data and turn findings into recommendations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPI trackers, data models, reporting structures, and visual reports.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, process improvements, automation opportunities, and system gaps.
- Translate business requirements into analytics projects, digital tools, automation solutions, and technology initiatives.
- Support digital system implementation, testing, UAT, integration, data migration, issue resolution, and adoption monitoring.
- Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Finance, Marketing, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, reports, dashboards, processes, and digital solutions.
- Follow data governance, security, confidentiality, and compliance practices and research emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digital solutions, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with large datasets, data cleansing, validation, analysis, reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of digital transformation, process automation, data governance, data quality, security, and confidentiality.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into digital or technical solutions.
- SQL, databases, data models, data querying, Python, R, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation tools are advantageous or preferred.
- Experience in digital projects, system implementations, UAT, technology transformation, or data-driven industries is advantageous or preferred.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, and professional certifications in analytics, cloud, digital transformation, SQL, Power BI, or business intelligence are advantageous.
