Role Description
- This full time remote Data Analyst / Data Scientist role is responsible for transforming financial, client, and operational data into actionable insights.
- Day to day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Building dashboards and reports that help leadership and advisors understand trends in client behavior, product performance, and risk.
- Applying statistical methods and data modeling techniques to evaluate retirement and protection strategies.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to communicate findings.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities.
- Applied Statistics and Data Modeling skills.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R).
- Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or retirement planning data is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
