Why this role is important?

The pay range for th e co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level , and the specific skillset required for the role.

Loblaw has adopted the following h ybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely).

Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office ( to be determined by each business unit).

• Data engineering, modelling and maintenance – Gather, clean, profile and transform data from large scale data environments to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Dashboarding - Design, build, and maintain key dashboards and reports to provide self-serve analytics to business teams
• KPI Tracking - Trend analysis and ability to draw out insights by working with large complex datasets
• Strategic recommendations - Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
• Ad-hoc analysis - Respond to analytical requests from business leaders, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making
