The role is with CGIC in the Claims department of Co-operators.
The Claims team supports clients and communities through knowledgeable, compassionate, and continuous-improvement-focused service.

Analytical Responsibilities
- Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis using regression, cohort analysis, cluster analysis, A/B testing, and factor analysis.
- Design and develop metrics for descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
- Design proofs of concept and deliver analytical solution prototypes with guidance.
- Query data using T-SQL, SQL, MySQL, and related technologies.
- Extract, clean, reconcile, and prepare data for analysis.
- Communicate findings effectively to colleagues and the manager.
