Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst (Business Insights) to transform business data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
The role focuses on analysing trends, improving processes, and supporting key functions including operations, sales, procurement, marketing, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Extract, clean, and analyse data from Excel and Microsoft D365 ERP
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Support management with data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability
Key Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in Data or Business Analytics
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365
