The business operates across customer acquisition, application processing, lender allocation, approval, disbursement, and post-disbursement tracking.

The Data Analyst works with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Lender Partnerships teams.

This hands-on role uses data to identify business opportunities, operational leakages, and actionable insights beyond routine MIS.

Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS across leads, applications, approvals, disbursements, and lender performance.
Build lender-wise dashboards covering allocation, application status, approval rates, disbursal rates, TAT, rejection reasons, and disbursal value.
Analyze the customer funnel from lead through application, login, approval, KYC, and disbursement.
Track lender-wise conversion, customer eligibility, approval probability, and drop-offs.
Reconcile data from lenders, APIs, internal systems, and operational teams and identify discrepancies.
Build automated reporting to reduce manual Excel and MIS work and improve reporting accuracy.
Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from databases.
