About the Role

Damen is seeking an experienced Data and AI Transformation Architect to accelerate its journey toward a data-driven and AI-enabled enterprise.

The hands-on strategic role covers data architecture, data governance, enterprise data modeling, master data management, and modern Data and AI platforms.

What You'll Do

Lead enterprise Data and AI transformation initiatives.
Develop and improve enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks.
Design and evolve conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Drive adoption of Data Governance, MDM, and AI best practices.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders globally.
Help shape the future Data and AI platform and operating model.

What We're Looking For

At least 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Governance, MDM, Data Management, or Data Transformation.
Strong experience with enterprise data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Databricks, Purview, or similar technologies.
Experience in an asset-intensive industry such as manufacturing, marine, shipbuilding, engineering, construction, energy, or utilities.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation and data maturity programs.
The experience criteria specify five years in a Data Architecture transformation programme and five years in enterprise data.
