Data AI - Tech Lead

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

14+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, AI, or related technology disciplines.

Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Snowflake.

Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI and Data platforms.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub-based development workflows.

Strong understanding of solution architecture, API development, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience designing and implementing scalable Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytics solutions.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers in complex enterprise environments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics solutions.

Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark.

Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.

Knowledge of MLOps, DataOps, and modern AI engineering practices.

Experience working with large-scale cloud migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with AI frameworks, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.

Experience supporting client-facing solutioning, pre-sales activities, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Experience within industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
