Project Delivery & Technical Execution
Gather and translate business requirements into functional data designs and models that optimise value.
Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and best-practice data pipelines, ETLs, and transformations using Azure, Snowflake, AWS, or Oracle .
Develop visual reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or Oracle Analytics Cloud .
Implement machine learning and AI models , including predictive analytics, supervised/unsupervised learning, and econometrics.
Apply data governance principles , including data quality, master data management, metadata management, and data lineage.
Work in agile and traditional project environments , participating in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives .
Business Development & Client Engagement
Support business development initiatives , including proposal development and RFPs.
Collaborate with clients to define AI-driven solutions that provide tangible business value.
Contribute to internal capability-building within Sia’s Data & AI practice.
Technical Expertise & Innovation
We seek hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Data Engineering & Pipelines: Strong SQL skills for data pipelines and modeling. Data transformation tooling such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), FiveTran, Matillion, Oracle Data Integration, AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline .
