LCS and Environment Governance

• Own Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services and monitor environment health, diagnostics, performance, issues, and Microsoft support cases.
• Maintain LCS assets, methodology, and environment metadata in line with Microsoft servicing cadence and One Version updates.
• Manage on-premises or self-hosted development environments, provisioning, maintenance, build pipelines, deployable packages, and model or package management.
• Coordinate database refreshes and maintain Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environment segregation and stability.

Release and Compliance

• Own deployment and release management for D365 F&O.
• Plan and execute One Version updates, hotfixes, regulatory patches, and custom code deployments.
• Coordinate UAT, regression testing, deployment sign-offs, rollback strategies, and business continuity.
• Ensure ERP processes comply with applicable VAT, ZATCA, internal governance, change management, and audit controls.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks and support audits and management reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UAE or GCC organizations is preferred.
• Exposure to VAT or ZATCA, financial controls, and audit-heavy environments is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, contracting, trading, or multi-subsidiary environments is preferred.
• Microsoft certification in D365 Finance or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Experience working with external ISVs or Microsoft partners is preferred.
