About the Role
Dolphin Energy seeks a Cyclic Checker to perform daily physical inventory counts using SAP, record data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with warehouse officers.

Responsibilities
- Carry out a daily physical count of all inventories as planned using SAP cyclic inventory report
- Carry out the yearly physical stock count according to the counting criteria set by the Finance department
- Record and update physical inventories for all materials counted on a daily basis in SAP and record the physical count data on a special report and/or an electronic data logger
- Identify and report discrepancies with the SAP database information to the Warehouse Officer and Inventory Controller
- Monitor the cyclic stock check and adjustment made by the Inventory Controller in SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Officer to ensure that stock discrepancy recommendations have been implemented and resolved for the next cyclic check
- Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by the Manager Material Management Qatar
Requirements
- Diploma in technical or administrative subject
- 8+ relevant experience in warehouse operation, inventory & stock control and reporting within a refinery, gas or petrochemical plant
- Knowledge in SAP MM
- Experience using a modern computerized maintenance management system
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
